The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Senior Account Executive to join our growing team, working on one of our key global clients within their Low Carbon Solutions business. This is an exciting opportunity to support their work in biofuels, hydrogen, and carbon capture & storage, helping to drive decarbonisation across industries such as Aviation and Marine.
What you’ll do:
- Be the voice of the brand on LinkedIn – managing two key client channels, scheduling posts, and handling light-touch community management.
- Create impactful content – plan, brief, draft, and publish high-quality organic posts that align with the brand’s voice and business goals.
- Collaborate with diverse teams – work closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and influencers to bring creative ideas to life.
- Stay ahead of the trends – keep up with the latest social media best practices, platform updates, and industry developments.
- Analyse & optimise – track post-performance and contribute to reporting with data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Own social content calendars – ensure they are always up-to-date, strategic, and delivering engaging narratives.
- Support campaign planning & execution – work alongside the Social Media Account Manager or Account Director to drive successful initiatives.
- Manage key client interactions – write professional communications, organise weekly calls, and keep projects running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years’ experience in a social media role (agency experience preferred).
- Expertise in LinkedIn – you understand the algorithm, best practices, and analytics, particularly for B2B and corporate communications.
- A strong communicator – you craft clear and engaging copy, manage stakeholders effectively, and keep teams aligned.
- A data-driven mindset – you’re comfortable analysing performance metrics and translating insights into action.
- Organised & proactive – you juggle multiple workstreams with ease and take ownership of your projects.
- Creative & strategic thinking – you’re brimming with ideas but also understand how to execute them effectively.
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Sprinklr.
