Edelman is a voice synonymous with trust, reimagining a future where the currency of communication is action. Our culture thrives on three promises: boldness is possibility, empathy is progress, and curiosity is momentum. At Edelman, we understand diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) transform our colleagues, our company, our clients, and our communities. We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging.

UEG is an award-winning global agency specializing in entertainment, sports and lifestyle marketing. We create breakthrough marketing by leveraging the people, places and platforms that shape pop culture. Our suite of services includes delivering partnership solutions for our clients across creator & celebrity partnerships, content, live experiences and sport.

The team at UEG is a dynamic group, bringing together best-in-class expertise across entertainment, sports and lifestyle, paired with a strong understanding of brand building and effective marketing communications. This is a fast-paced, culturally driven environment where a passion for entertainment, sport and storytelling is matched with the ambition to create work that drives real business impact.

As an Account Manager, Creator & Celebrity Partnerships, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering culturally relevant campaigns that connect brands with audiences through creators and celebrities. This is not a high-volume influencer management role - instead, it requires a strategic and creative thinker who can deliver standout, culturally resonant work.

You will lead campaigns that span social-first creator content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) while also developing and executing partnerships with macro creators and celebrities to create impactful campaign moments. You will also bring a strong understanding of storytelling formats — including long-form content such as YouTube series and podcasts - and how creators and celebrities can be leveraged within them.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and help shape creator & celebrity partnership strategies, including defining objectives, audiences, deliverables and budgets.
  • Lead the delivery of creator-led social campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, ensuring content is platform-native, culturally relevant and impactful.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with macro creators and celebrities to create standout campaign moments that drive reach and cultural relevance.
  • Identify opportunities for storytelling-driven content formats (e.g. YouTube series, podcasts, episodic content) and integrate creators and celebrities effectively within them.
  • Collaborate closely with UEG client leads and Edelman teams (PR, social, brand, digital) to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from ideation and talent sourcing through to execution, optimisation and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, celebrity talent, agents and managers.
  • Negotiate and manage creator and celebrity contracts, ensuring successful delivery and value for clients.
  • Management and overseeing of a creator and celeb vetting workstream.
  • Present and sell in ideas, campaign approaches and content strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Thrive in fast-turnaround environments, delivering high-quality work under pressure.
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends across entertainment, sport and social platforms, applying insights to campaign work.
  • Support new business pitches, cultural insights work and ongoing development of the agency’s creator & celebrity offering.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in creator & celebrity partnerships, social campaigns or cultural marketing.
  • Background in an agency environment delivering fast-paced, culturally relevant campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and how creators operate within them.
  • Experience working with macro creators and/or celebrities on brand campaigns.
  • Understanding of storytelling formats across digital platforms, including long-form content such as YouTube and podcasts.
  • Strong client management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience negotiating and managing creator/celebrity contracts.
  • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance creativity and business outcomes.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Attributes
  • Deep interest in culture, entertainment and sport.
  • Strong creative instincts and a passion for storytelling.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and execution.

This role is suited to someone who understands how to create meaningful cultural moments through creators and celebrities — not someone focused on high-volume influencer campaign delivery. We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
