At Edelman, we’re proud to be an agency where creativity meets impact. With more than 6,000 colleagues across 60+ offices worldwide, we help some of the world’s most influential brands earn trust and act with certainty. We’re now hiring a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team. The role will be based in London. Our marketing team is a collaborative, cross-functional role built for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution.

The Role

We’re looking for a data-driven marketer who can turn creative ideas into performance-ready campaigns. You’ll lead the development and delivery of content across paid, email, web, and organic social — ensuring everything is aligned, optimized, and on brand. This role is perfect for someone who brings equal parts precision and energy to the table: a hands-on doer with strong editorial instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and a love of structured timelines.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with channel leads (email, web, social) to craft and optimize content that converts — whether that’s driving clicks, engagement, or lead generation.
  • Write and refine content across digital touchpoints — from landing pages and email sequences to social posts and web copy.
  • Track campaign performance, assess insights, and help guide content decisions based on data.
  • Manage timelines, creative workflows, and stakeholder input across global marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a quality gatekeeper for copy and visuals — ensuring all content aligns with Edelman’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Build alignment across teams and time zones, working closely with designers, marketers, and strategists to deliver cohesive experiences.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis on performance content and multi-channel execution.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences.
  • Experience working on UX-led teams or closely with design partners — with a sharp eye for brand consistency and user journey best practices.
  • A proactive, highly organized mindset — someone who keeps things moving and communicates clearly under pressure.
  • Comfortable using CMS platforms, project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) and AI tools for brainstorming and iteration.
  • Bonus: Experience in a global, matrixed organization or multi-market campaigns.

Why Edelman?

We believe that trust is the ultimate currency — and everything we do is designed to build it. As part of our Global Marketing team, you’ll help shape how the world sees Edelman, while working with passionate, curious people who care about making an impact. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable workplace where everyone feels they belong. DEIB is everyone’s responsibility at Edelman — and we expect our colleagues to champion respectful conduct, celebrate diverse cultures, and commit to continuous learning. We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
