We are looking for a motivated Digital Senior Account Manager with an interest in financial / financial services communications and a strong background in digital strategy and paid media to join our team in London. For this role, you will be a wellârounded digital generalist, bringing versatility across the broader ecosystem and thinking beyond social channels to provide strategic campaign consultation across the full digital mix. You will play a key role in ensuring we deliver measurable impact and industryâleading work across the UK, US, and beyond.
While your core focus will be on paid media and SEO/SEA performance, you'll also gain exposure to creative content development, executive visibility, and integrated campaign strategy developing the skills to grow into a wellârounded digital consultant.
Key Responsibilities- Paid Media & Performance
- Plan, activate, and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads/Display, YouTube).
- Manage SEA campaigns with a focus on ROI, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Apply social listening and monitoring tools to manage risks and uncover opportunities.
- SEO & Strategy
- Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor benchmarking.
- Build integrated search and content strategies to increase visibility and traffic.
- Advise clients on aligning SEO/GEO with paid and social campaigns for maximum impact.
- Contribute to integrated programs across web, email, executive visibility, and broader 360° digital activations.
- Analytics & Insights
- Track and report on performance using GA4, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Semrush, and Similarweb.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations on formats, cadence, and messaging.
- Benchmark performance against competitors and industry peers to identify whitespace and opportunities for executive positioning and storytelling.
- Client Advisory & Growth
- Contribute to new business proposals with paid + SEO/GEO expertise.
- Identify opportunities in emerging formats, tools, and performance channels.
- Build strong client relationships with proactive communication and clear reporting.
- Experience creating social content, visuals, or campaign assets (infographics, decks, templates).
- Interest in digital storytelling and supporting content calendars.
- Exposure to motion graphics, animation, or video production.
- 2â4 years' experience in paid media buying/performance, ideally in financial services or corporate comms or finance clients.
- Handsâon campaign management across Social (LinkedIn, X, Meta) and SEA (Google Ads).
- Solid understanding of SEO/GEO principles and content optimization.
- Strong analytics skills (GA4, Semrush, Brandwatch, Similarweb).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bonus: marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
