As the team continues to grow and evolve, we’re now seeking a Senior Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually curious, and globally connected environment.
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who brings structured thinking, commercial awareness, and strategic rigor to client work. This role is ideal for someone who understands how tech companies operate internally, is confident managing complex multi-market programmes and multiple internal & external stakeholders, and can flex Edelman’s global network to deliver impact across regions - including a growing focus on Korea and wider Asia-Pacific markets.
Rather than a traditional media relations role, this opportunity suits someone who enjoys providing senior client counsel, stakeholder management, leading integrated programmes, and ensuring operational excellence across scoping, resourcing, and budgeting. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring delivery is efficient, strategic, and insight-driven.
You’ll be central to:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of high-profile technology accounts, working with local and global stakeholders
- Providing strategic, structured, and commercially grounded client counsel
- Leading budget scoping, financial tracking and reporting
- Managing workstreams across markets, ensuring clarity, consistency and quality in deliverables
- Helping teams navigate global networks and cultural nuances, particularly within the Korean and APAC markets
- Collaborating with internal specialists across strategy, creative, data, and digital to deliver integrated campaigns
- Translating business priorities into effective communication strategies that drive measurable results
- Supporting client operations at global events
About You:
- Proven experience managing global or multi-market technology accounts, with a particular emphasis on Asian markets such as Korea.
- Strong strategic and consultative skills, adept at providing senior-level counsel and navigating complex business environments.
- Highly organized and commercially aware, with demonstrated ability in project scoping, budgeting, and management.
- Expert at leveraging international networks and coordinating teams across different regions to ensure unified execution.
- Skilled in distilling intricate business or technology concepts into actionable, strategic recommendations.
- Collaborative approach, effectively bringing together cross-functional teams to pursue common objectives.
- Comprehensive understanding of integrated communications, including the interplay of earned, owned, and paid channels.
Our benefits and policies are designed to ensure our employees feel comfortable, inspired, and equipped to thrive. We offer a wide range of benefits across health, family, community, finance, and time away including:
- Competitive annual holiday plus an additional day for your birthday and 3 days over the festive season
- Flexible working - hybrid policy and 30 days' work-from-anywhere worldwide
- Financial wellbeing – pension plan, income protection, and life insurance
- Family support - up to five months of fully paid leave for new parents (maternity, adoptive, or shared parental), as well as gifts for life’s big moments
- Health & wellbeing – private medical insurance, digital GP access, wellbeing programmes, cycle-to-work scheme and more
- Professional development - continuous learning and growth through the Edelman Learning Institute
- Community - weekly social gatherings and an annual Citizenship Day to volunteer for causes you care about
Our culture is guided by our core values, which shape how we work with our clients, colleagues, and communities:
- The Relentless Pursuit of Excellence – bringing the best of ourselves and our partners to our clients
- The Freedom to be Constantly Curious – driving creativity and growth for clients and ourselves
- The Courage to Do the Right Thing – committed to a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce
- The Commitment to Positively Impact Society – performing our work with conscience, fairness, and environmental awareness
We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
It started with one man’s passion to make an impact through stories... 70 years later, we are the world’s largest communications firm, which fosters an environment where people feel empowered to take the kind of bold action that makes careers, reshapes industries, and creates the unexpected.
