As the UK lead, you will:
- Guide and grow the UK RM team, building a strong culture of clarity, fairness, and proactive problem-solving.
- Partner with UK leadership to align workforce planning with business goals.
- Drive cross-market collaboration, ensuring UK talent is positioned for regional and global client success.
- Champion RM tools and data, enabling consistent, forward-looking insights on capacity and capability.
- Lead the integration of AI into RM workflows, shaping new, tech-enabled ways of working.
You’ll play a key role in shaping both local strategy and contributing to EMEA-wide and global RM priorities — from new business readiness to AI-enabled resourcing models.
What you’ll bring
- Deep experience in resource management, workforce planning, operations or talent deployment — ideally in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team development and cross-functional influence.
- A strategic, data-informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, setting priorities, and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Experience leading or supporting transformation efforts (e.g. systems implementation, process improvement, or AI integration).
- A collaborative, transparent style rooted in empathy and clarity.
