What You’ll Do- Manage daily bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash allocation
- Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices via phone and email
- Identify and resolve invoice queries with internal stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly aging reports
- Monitor debts over 90 days and support resolution plans
- Contribute to cashflow forecasting and reporting
- Support continuous improvement of processes using tools and technology
- Confident communicator able to manage client conversations professionally
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Interested in improving processes and driving efficiencies

Who You Are- Experience in credit control or accounts receivable (ideally 5+ years)
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Hybrid working model with flexibility. You will work closely with the finance team and stakeholders across the business. This role may be offered on a part-time basis (approximately 32 hours per week).
