This is an exciting opportunity to join Edeline Lee, a unique luxury womenswear brand that produces all of our pieces "Made In England" in our own production unit in east London. Working in a hands-on environment, the successful applicant will be at the heart of the business, directly assisting with creating high-quality garments, working closely with the Designer through the entire production process, ensuring that each garment meets the brand’s vision and market expectations.
The role of a Production Assistant is critical in ensuring that designs transition seamlessly from concept to final product while maintaining the highest quality and functionality standards. This position requires a strong technical foundation, an eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively. If you are creative, technical, and eager to make an impact in the fashion industry, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a hands-on role in garment development., * Production workflows and timelines – Communicate constantly with design and production teams to make sure priorities are managed and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely delivery.

Manage and maintain stock, pattern and raw material inventories

Conduct fit testing on samples and provide feedback for necessary adjustments.

Occasional hand-finishing collection pieces

Liaise with production team to communicate technical specifications and production requirements and make sure that they have all required raw materials

Constantly maintain quality control and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in garment production. Ensure garments meet performance standards, including durability, colour fastness, and shrinkage.

Maintain a tidy, organised workroom

Assist with costings and budgetary considerations to ensure garments are produced in line with financial targets.

Research and source materials and fabric technologies.
