Reporting to the Title Department Supervisor, the Title Clerk will be responsible for handling department communications with clients, document processing/collecting/data entry/expediting relating to vehicle ownerships, and maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism for our clients and colleagues across Canada.
This successful candidate will require hard skills relating to computer literacy, data entry, written and verbal language skills, problem solving, and analytical thinking. Administrative and clerical customer service-oriented tasks will be an essential part of this role. Additionally, the candidate should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills such as diplomacy/conflict resolution, adaptability, dependability, patience, and a willingness to collaborate.

This is a full-time role at our beautiful Ottawa (Gloucester) office. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm EST.
What You Will Do:
- Address Titles Department – related inquiries/requests for clients and colleagues via email and phone
- Perform day – to – day data entry which includes verifying information per provincial and company regulatory standards and transcribing data into electronic inventory and tracking systems
- Review data for errors, missing paperwork, or missing information, and resolve any discrepancies with the appropriate parties
- General administrative duties and document handling via collecting, receiving, and expediting vehicle ownerships
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular verbal and written communication and provide timely documentation and resolution of issues
- Coordinate /liaise with multiple departments to communicate, inform, and resolve items as necessary
What You Will Need:
- High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Administrative roles
- Experience in the car auction or automotive industry an asset, but not mandatory
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and email/phone etiquette
- Strong competency with computers and associated software(s) including Microsoft Excel/Word and/or Google Sheets/Docs
- Bilingual (French and English) an asset, but not mandatory

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $40,000.00 – $44,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
