Job Purpose: The Central Client Services Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of graduation services by working closely with clients and internal teams. This role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to ensure that services are provided efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional approach in all interactions with clients and workers, upholding company standards and brand integrity.
- Ensure clients and workers receive all relevant information for the smooth delivery of services.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing them with the necessary details to meet deadlines and service expectations.
- Assist the Client Manager in planning and executing service delivery for larger accounts.
- Manage client visits for smaller accounts as required, either independently or in coordination with the Client Manager.
- Keep internal systems updated and ensure that all client agreements and worker documentation comply with legal and business regulations.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and the carbon footprint of offsite operations.
- Adapt to evolving business needs, taking on additional responsibilities as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
