We are seeking a professional and highly organised Ceremonial Client Services Specialist to join our sales team, supporting clients across our legal and ceremonial wear divisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to develop experience within an internationally-recognised heritage brand operating across luxury retail, ceremonial wear and professional dress.

Working as part of a busy and collaborative team, you will co-ordinate sales activity and provide a high standard of service to both UK and international clients.

  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries, both remotely and in-person.
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of overseas business trips and domestic events, including the development of marketing collateral.
  • Overseeing the distribution, return and replenishment of hire stock.
  • Working with team members across the group concerning stock transfer, product development and digital content.
  • Issuing invoices and assisting with account reconciliation.

The role may involve occasional UK and international travel in support of client events and business development activities.

Full product training will be provided.

Previous experience in client-facing account management, sales support, customer relationship management or business development roles is required.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.

An interest in heritage brands, ceremonial attire and traditional craftsmanship is preferred.

Performance-related bonus scheme, uniform allowance, and staff discount on company products are included.
