- Logistics Supervisor
- Oversee the efficient distribution of goods.
- Ensure shipments are prepared, documented, and delivered on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations and quality standards.
- Coordinate customer shipments and transportation activities from preparation through delivery.
- Ensure on‑time delivery performance while maintaining cost control and service quality.
- Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third‑party logistics partners.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Communicate shipment progress with internal teams and customers as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements, including ERP and logistics workflow enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of import/export transport regulations, freight rules, Incoterms, and CPC codes.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with process improvement, ERP systems, and SOPs.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with standard office tools.
- Experience working with third‑party logistics or service providers.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in transporting lithium batteries (asset).
- Holder of an IATA and/or CDGP certification.
- Experience with ISO9001 and/or ISO14001.
