We are seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our Lichfield office and lead our busy residential conveyancing team.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
- Providing clear, practical legal advice and a high standard of client service.
- Progressing transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong client and introducer relationships.
- Contributing to the development and growth of the Lichfield office, particularly its residential conveyancing department.
