Conduct property inspections, due diligence, and prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports within client timelines. Demonstrate in-depth market knowledge and ensure quality assurance standards are upheld. Adept with Argus, Kel or market standard valuation software. Proven experience in commercial property valuation. Strong verbal, numerical, and report-writing skills. Excellent client-management skills, with a proactive, flexible approach. Happy to work independently with minimal supervision but also as part of the wider regional team.
