Main Responsibilities

Provide valuations and advisory services for a wide range of property assets across the main commercial and residential sectors.

Contribute to team targets and business growth initiatives.

Conduct property inspections, due diligence, and prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports within client timelines.

Demonstrate in-depth market knowledge and ensure quality assurance standards are upheld.

Client-facing role with potential to identify new business and fee-earning opportunities.

Skills & Experience

MRICS and VRS qualified with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.

Adept with Argus, Kel or market standard valuation software.

Proven experience in commercial property valuation.

Strong verbal, numerical, and report-writing skills.

Excellent client-management skills, with a proactive, flexible approach.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining high standards.

Happy to work independently with minimal supervision but also as part of the wider regional team.
