Eddison’s are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our highly successful Lincoln Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a leading, national property consultancy with an award-winning reputation for excellence and growth.
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual with proven experience in Residential Property/Block Management and Lettings (or a related field). You will play a key role in delivering a first-class service across a diverse portfolio of residential properties, working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all regulations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a varied portfolio of residential properties with professionalism and efficiency
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, acting as the main point of contact
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance with trusted contractors
- Ensuring all legal and regulatory obligations are met across the portfolio
- Organising and attending meetings with leaseholders, contractors, and stakeholders, responding efficiently to queries and concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and ensure corrective actions are addressed.
- Prepare and manage budgets, collect service charges and ground rent, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Delivering excellent customer service in line with Eddison’s’ award-winning standards
