Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth and management of the existing team.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Assist the Building & Project Consultancy team with day-to-day project delivery.
  • Conduct building surveys and site inspections.
  • Prepare Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Draft Schedules of Work and Specifications for maintenance, construction, and development projects.
  • Provide contract administration services.
  • Monitor project budgets and funding.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and external consultant teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong report writing and specification preparation abilities.
  • MRICS Qualification
