Responsibilities:
- Support the growth and management of the existing team.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
- Assist the Building & Project Consultancy team with day-to-day project delivery.
- Conduct building surveys and site inspections.
- Prepare Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Draft Schedules of Work and Specifications for maintenance, construction, and development projects.
- Provide contract administration services.
- Monitor project budgets and funding.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and external consultant teams.
