We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver highly effective and innovative solutions for our clients. This role is within our central London Commercial Agency Team.
Role and responsibilities
- Produce pitch documentation such as tenders, heads of terms, terms of engagement, market reports and cash flows.
- Assist and lead pitch presentations to new and existing clients on the services that Eddisons provides.
- Assist/lead on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions, which support the clients' core business plans and objectives.
- Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
- Work with management to improve team processes and consistently update them with significant deal information.
- Work with the Operations and Technology departments on new ideas to improve internal systems.
- Provide training and advice to Graduate Surveyors in the team for APC training, as well as guidance to already qualified surveyors.
- Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities.
Experience
- Qualified chartered surveyor with at least 1 year's experience.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
