Seeking an experienced and motivated Groundsman / Gardener to join the team on a large, well-established private estate in Sussex.This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent pay and conditions within a professional yet friendly estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-day maintenance of estate grounds and gardens
/n
- Grass cutting, strimming, and general lawn care
/n
- Hedge cutting and pruning
/n
- Fencing repairs and general estate maintenance
/n
- Seasonal gardening and planting duties
/n
- Operation and basic maintenance of estate machinery and tools
/n
/n
Skills & Experience
/n
/n
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or estate work preferred
/n
- Tractor driving experience is an advantage but not essential
/n
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
/n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
