- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Engage with senior stakeholders across procurement, finance, and executive teams
- Collaborate with customer success, product, and sales teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Support renewal processes and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success within a SaaS environment
Experience with procurement software solutions, or background in procurement consultancy
Commercial mindset with a track record of growing accounts through upsell/cross-sell
Highly consultative approach with the ability to translate data into business value
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
