An opportunity to build. To shape. To lead.
A newly established global procurement function is seeking a dynamic Head of Procurement for Non-IT Services & Europe — a critical hire in a multi-year transformation that’s redefining procurement from the ground up.
This is a greenfield opportunity to help design and operationalise a new hybrid procurement model. One that blends global alignment with regional autonomy, focuses on strategic partnerships over tactical spend, and is backed by serious board-level intent.
You’ll take ownership of a diverse and complex European services portfolio (Professional Services, HR, Marketing, Property and more), with real influence over how spend is managed and value is defined. The remit also includes shaping policy and practice in emerging priority areas like ESG, supplier risk, and data & analytics tools.
Why this role stands out:
Greenfield scope – join at the start of a global transformation with the freedom to shape tools, processes, and partnerships from a clean slate.
Stakeholder elevation – engage with senior European and global business leaders who are open to new ways of working.
Purposeful impact – play a lead role in embedding ESG and sustainability into commercial decision-making.
Career growth – well suited to a high-potential procurement leader seeking a clear path to broader global responsibilities.
You’ll report into a Procurement VP who’s passionate about building high-performing teams and empowering leaders. This is a great next step for someone already leading category teams or regional spend and ready for a step change in influence and scope.
Key experience sought:
- Strong track record in managing indirect services categories at regional or global level
- Experience working in regulated, complex international environments
- Comfortable designing strategy and implementing change
- Gravitas and credibility to work closely with regional execs and global counterparts
