- Experience in sustainability within procurement, supply chain, consulting or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of key sustainability frameworks and evolving regulations (e.g., ISO 20400, CSRD, CSDDD).
- Confident working with data and tools such as PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, curious mindset—comfortable taking the lead and driving clarity from ambiguity.
- Experience guiding or developing junior colleagues.
- Familiarity with sustainability risk solutions (EcoVadis, Moody’s, D&B) is a plus.
