About the Role

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on driving value across an established portfolio of enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers maximise the value of the platform while identifying opportunities to expand relationships through upsell and cross-sell. This is not a traditional account management role—it requires a consultative, insight-led approach and a strong understanding of procurement challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop relationships with key enterprise customers across the UK
  • Drive customer value and adoption of the platform through a consultative approach
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across procurement, finance, and executive teams
  • Collaborate with customer success, product, and sales teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Support renewal processes and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

About You

  • Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success within a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of procurement, either through:
    • Experience with procurement software solutions, or
    • Background in procurement consultancy
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex stakeholder environments
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of growing accounts through upsell/cross-sell
  • Highly consultative approach with the ability to translate data into business value
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
