About the Role
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on driving value across an established portfolio of enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers maximise the value of the platform while identifying opportunities to expand relationships through upsell and cross-sell. Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop relationships with key enterprise customers across the UK
- Drive customer value and adoption of the platform through a consultative approach
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
