This position is 100% remote for candidates based in the UK.
What You Will Do
- Work as a skilled and motivated Workspace Engineer to manage and support workspace solutions, including Okta, Google Workspace, and other critical services such as Workspace One and Slack.
- Serve as an Okta administrator with experience performing SSO integrations and a security-first mindset to ensure workspace technologies remain secure.
Responsibilities
- Okta Administration: Manage and support multiple Okta environments; Create and maintain SSO integrations with SaaS applications; Engineer and maintain zero trust authentication policies; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Okta and SSO integrations.
- Workspace Solutions & End-User Support: Support and manage workspace and collaboration solutions including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft O365, and Zoom; Provide support for tickets escalated through the Helpdesk.
- Workspace One Management: Develop, maintain, and deploy software packages via Workspace One; Engineer security baselines for Mac and Windows endpoints; Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless operation and security of endpoints.
- Collaboration And Communication: Work effectively in a remote environment, ensuring clear and consistent communication with the team; Engage with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives forward.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience as an Okta administrator with SSO integration expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft O365 administration.
- Experience with Mac and Windows endpoints.
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices for endpoint management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
What Will Give You An Edge
- Experience with Workspace One or similar endpoint management solutions.
- Experience with Zoom system administration.
- Familiarity with Slack and other collaboration tools.
- Linux and Windows scripting experience (bash and Powershell).
