Are you a senior chef in a pub, cooking a traditional local menu with daily specials? Do you want more flexibility and input to the business? We can offer you a flexible working week; if you'd prefer a 4-day week, we can look at this, if you prefer 5 days, we can look at this also. You will be part of the senior management team and will be treated that way.
We are an independent local pub serving top quality pub food; it's not fussy but it is cooked very well. You will have all the support you need, good FOH, experienced kitchen team and full input into the menu and direction of the business.
