Are you ready to take the reins of a true country pub and make it your own? We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef General Manager to lead our well-loved Tewkesbury venue, known for its welcoming atmosphere, popular carvery, and traditional pub menu.

A GM with an excellent kitchen background will make an immediate impact. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that great pubs are built on both an excellent kitchen and a strong front-of-house team. In a food led pub, your abilities in the kitchen are as important as your GM skills.

You’ll be confident overseeing day-to-day operations of the kitchen and FOH, driving standards, and creating a place where both guests and staff feel at home.
