Edan has grown into a trusted name in medical diagnostics and monitoring, supplying the NHS and private sector with patient monitors, ECG machines, Fetal monitors and Ultrasound Systems.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm, 35 hours per week, £28,000 per annum.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales order processing and data entry using SAGE 200 Accounts and Microsoft 365.
  • Customer service via phone and email, maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
  • Stock control and inventory updates, with hands-on warehouse duties including picking and packing medical equipment.
  • Managing delivery schedules and liaising with couriers.
  • Generating shipping documentation.
