Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm, 35 hours per week, Β£28,000 per annum.
Core Responsibilities:
- Sales order processing and data entry using SAGE 200 Accounts and Microsoft 365.
- Customer service via phone and email, maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
- Stock control and inventory updates, with hands-on warehouse duties including picking and packing medical equipment.
- Managing delivery schedules and liaising with couriers.
- Generating shipping labels and handling documentation for international orders.
- Assisting with periodic stock takes.
- Providing support for finance-related tasks such as invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Supporting the service team, including warranty claims and service exchanges.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent typing skills.
- Polished telephone and email manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive mindset.
- Capable of lifting and carrying, bending and managing stairs.
