About the Role
Complete Classroom Services is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organised School Premises Manager to oversee the maintenance, security, compliance, and operational management of educational premises across Redbridge and surrounding East London areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring school buildings and grounds are safe, secure, well-maintained, and fully compliant with relevant regulations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent facilities management skills, strong knowledge of health and safety, and the ability to coordinate contractors, maintenance programmes, and site improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of school premises, ensuring buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard
- Oversee site security, including opening and closing procedures, alarm systems, and access control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, fire safety requirements, and other relevant regulations
