This is a rare opportunity to run one of Fuller’s most stunning riverside pubs. The beautiful Mayfly sits on the banks of the River Test near Stockbridge with exceptional views of the surrounding countryside. This award-winning pub is famous for fantastic food and service, loved by locals for the warm welcome as much as the amazing location. The pub boasts a large restaurant area, private dining room, conservatory and a garden with patio that stretches alongside the river. Summer is key where volumes increase dramatically while maintaining high levels of service and food standards.

We’re looking for an experienced General Manager with an extensive background in a food led business who knows all about delivering a premium customer experience in a high-volume seasonal business. Applicants should be passionate about food and comfortable leading a large team while maintaining exemplary standards for every customer. It’s a great opportunity for someone to pick up the mantle of a pub that has enjoyed huge success in the past few years, with many more opportunities to take advantage of to continue the success journey of The Mayfly. This is a live-out opportunity, however there is a room suitable for overnight stays if required.
