You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team supporting both UK & US operations. There’s no rigid 1st/2nd/3rd line structure here – everyone gets involved, handles tickets, and contributes to projects. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and doing things properly rather than cutting corners, this could be a great fit.

- Hybrid environment moving towards fully cloud
- Direct access to leadership - no hierarchy barriers
- No such thing as a stupid question culture
- Modern York office

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and developing Azure infrastructure (Entra ID, VMs, M365, Conditional Access)
- Working across both cloud and on-prem environments (currently hybrid)
- Managing networking infrastructure including switches and firewalls
- Handling support tickets alongside the team
- Acting as an escalation point for complex issues
- Supporting starter/leaver processes and core IT operations
- Running basic SQL queries when required
- Contributing to infrastructure modernisation and global growth projects
- Providing occasional out-of-hours support when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong all-rounder with a proactive mindset
- Solid Azure experience (Entra ID, Conditional Access, VMs, M365)
- Experience working in hybrid cloud environments
- Strong Windows Server knowledge
- Good networking fundamentals (switches, firewalls, connectivity)
- Experience managing and resolving technical tickets
- Basic SQL query experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong work ethic and collaborative approach
Attitude Is Key
We want someone who asks questions, takes ownership, and enjoys being part of a team.
The Environment
- Small, supportive infrastructure team
- No egos, no rigid support tiers
- Growing global organisation
- Modern office with hot-desking
Big Projects Ahead
Opportunity to shape infrastructure as the company scales.
Benefits
- Private health insurance
- Health scheme
- Staff parties and company events
- Career progression within a growing international business
Interview Process
- Stage 1: Informal discussion scenario-based questions
- Stage 2: On-site interview in York
If you’re an Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys variety, cloud transformation, and working in a business that’s evolving properly, we’d love to hear from you.
