About The Company

Our client is a multi-brand fashion business operating across licensed and owned brands, with a global infrastructure spanning design, sourcing, and distribution. With teams based in both the UK and Asia, the business combines creative, commercial and operational expertise to build and scale brands across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.

Overview

They are now looking to recruit an experienced CRM Manager to own and drive their customer lifecycle across email and SMS. This role will be key in turning creative campaigns into commercial performance - building journeys, increasing retention and driving revenue.

This role requires a strong visual eye and the ability to build and design email campaigns with support from their in-house graphics teams, ensuring speed and consistency across all outputs.

As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for owning and developing the CRM strategy across email and SMS, ensuring all customer communications are aligned with the wider marketing calendar and brand objectives. You will work closely with the creative, merchandising and e-commerce teams to deliver campaigns that are both visually engaging and commercially effective.

The role will involve planning and executing campaign communications, building and optimising automated customer journeys such as welcome, abandoned cart and retention flows, and ensuring all messaging is tailored to the relevant audience segments. You will take ownership of audience segmentation and personalisation strategies to improve targeting, engagement and overall performance.

A key part of the role will be the design and build of email campaigns within CRM platforms such as Klaviyo. You will ensure all CRM output is aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints while working at pace to support key trading moments and launches.

Performance tracking and optimisation will be central to the role. You will analyse campaign results, monitor key metrics including revenue, engagement and customer behaviour, and use these insights to inform future strategy and improve overall performance. You will also be responsible for reporting on CRM activity and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer lifecycle and drive long-term growth.

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, attention to detail and the ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

  • Report on key metrics including revenue, engagement and customer behaviour
  • Identify opportunities for growth across lifecycle marketing

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM / email marketing (within a fashion or ecommerce brand)
  • 3+ years’ experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and segmentation
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo or similar)
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on driving revenue
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
