Our client is a multi-brand fashion business operating across licensed and owned brands, with a global infrastructure spanning design, sourcing, and distribution. The business holds the UK and EU license for Ed Hardy, which has been successfully repositioned across key retailers and markets in recent years. Alongside this, the business is expanding its brand portfolio with AND1, a globally recognised basketball brand, and AGame, its own performance-led activewear label. With teams based in both the UK and Asia, the business combines creative, commercial and operational expertise to build and scale brands across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Exec / Producer to lead the execution of all shoots and brand activations across Ed Hardy and AND1. This role will be responsible for bringing creative ideas to life, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. Working closely with the creative team, you will play a key role in translating campaign concepts into reality, managing all aspects of production from initial planning through to final delivery.
As Creative Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production across multiple projects, ensuring all shoots and activations are executed efficiently and aligned with brand objectives. You will manage timelines, budgets and logistics, while coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality output across all channels. The role will involve sourcing and managing locations, talent, crew and suppliers, as well as handling all pre-production planning including schedules, call sheets and shoot logistics. You will ensure all required deliverables are captured on set, working closely with the creative team to maximise output and maintain consistency across campaigns. You will also support the execution of events and activations, ensuring smooth delivery and strong on-the-ground coordination. This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end production across shoots (pre-production, shoot, post)
- Manage budgets, timelines and production schedules
- Source and manage locations, talent, crew and suppliers
- Coordinate logistics across all shoots and activations
