We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to drive our global Dental Service Organization (DSO) business. In this highly strategic international role, you will lead the development and execution of our global DSO sales strategy, strengthen key partnerships, and accelerate sustainable business growth across international markets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the global DSO sales strategy across direct and indirect markets
  • Drive international business development and expand strategic DSO partnerships
  • Manage and grow relationships with international DSO key accounts and C-level stakeholders
  • Lead complex negotiations, tenders, contracts, and RFP processes
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams, affiliates, distributors, Marketing and Scientific Education
  • Support local organizations in developing and executing national DSO strategies
  • Ensure alignment of pricing, commercial and contractual frameworks, and customer offerings globally
  • Build strong internal DSO capabilities and foster best-practice sharing across markets
  • Lead international DSO events, workshops, and executive customer engagements
  • Provide strategic updates and market insights to senior leadership
Your Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international DSO business or strategic healthcare sales
  • Strong track record in business development, key account management, and complex negotiations
  • Experienced leader in international matrix organizations
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial mindset with analytical and strategic capabilities
  • Experience with contracts, tenders, and RFP processes
  • Established network within the dental industry and DSO environment
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, French, Dutch, or Chinese are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~50%)
  • Dental or medical background is considered a plus

Work location: Root, Paris, Thiene, Baden-Baden, Manchester, or Barcelona
