EDF Energy is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Channels team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, maternity cover for a key member. You’ll help deliver improvements across customer-facing channels, including the Business Portal, IVR journeys, email and chat services, in an Agile environment.
Starting salary from £45,000 with potential annual bonus. This is predominantly remote, with occasional travel to Exeter.
