Shepherd Neame is looking for a part time Sous Chef to join our team, so if you are a proven chef with experience at a senior level and you are looking for a new challenge; this may be just the job for you. Pier Five is a contemporary bar and kitchen located on Chatham Maritime Marina. Our customers enjoy waterside views on the riverside terrace at the exciting bar and kitchen serving the best of hand‑crafted beers and lagers, craft spirits and cocktails alongside the freshest artisan coffees.
We know that an excellent Sous Chef is one of the key ingredients to a successful kitchen, so this role will see you supporting your Head Chef, deputising in their absence and assisting with the development of the kitchen team to deliver efficient, high quality food service to our customers.
