A rare opportunity to step into a high-impact, regional leadership role within a globally recognised consumer brand. This is not your typical e-commerce position. It’s a strategic and transformation-led role with full ownership of driving profitable online growth across Western Europe with D2C, combining commercial leadership, digital performance, and operational excellence.
The Opportunity
You will take full responsibility for shaping and executing the regional e-commerce strategy and D2C, working closely with global HQ while leading transformation across multiple markets. This role sits at the centre of the business, acting as the bridge between global direction and local execution, with real influence on how the region evolves digitally.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and deliver the regional e-commerce strategy and growth plan
- Lead traffic, conversion and performance optimisation across all digital channels (SEO, SEA, Retail Media)
- Take responsibility for regional P&L performance and budget allocation
- Drive transformation of operating models, reducing fragmentation and improving efficiency
- Lead rollout of new markets, platforms and omnichannel initiatives
- Manage and develop a high-performing regional team
- Act as a key strategic voice between regional markets and global HQ
What Makes This Different
- True ownership of a regional business, not just execution
- A role focused on transformation, not maintenance
- Influence across multiple markets and business functions
- Opportunity to shape future operating models and digital capability
About You
- Proven experience in D2C or e-commerce leadership within FMCG, consumer or retail-led environments
- Strong commercial understanding ideally with P&L ownership or influence
- Experience working in matrixed, international organisations
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery
- A natural leader who can align teams, simplify complexity and drive change
Why This Role
This is a career-defining opportunity for someone looking to step into a broader, more strategic leadership role with real responsibility for shaping how a major brand wins online across Europe.
