This is an all-encompassing strategic Grocery Commercial Account Manager role in this dynamic and soon-to-be world-leading business. You will be joining the founding team, making it an exciting point to enter the fray.

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute national key and regional sales plans to open doors and secure listings with key grocery and high street retailers, achieving agreed commercial terms and growth targets.
  • Profit Management: Oversee P&L for key accounts, negotiating pricing and investments to ensure profitability.
  • Customer Relationships: Monitor and optimise sales performance, making data-driven decisions to adjust strategies as needed.

A proven track record in UK Big retail with Tesco, JS, Morrisons, Asda, CoOp etc., ideally in direct-to-retail sales within the food, drinks, pet care, or FMCG industries. Exceptional commercial acumen and creativity, with the ability to build mutually beneficial solutions for partners. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. The growth is phenomenal, but despite being an SME, they have incredible resources and structure to supercharge sales and your personal growth!
