We're partnering with an exciting high-growth consumer brand on the appointment of a Retail Operations Manager to join their expanding commercial team. Having established a strong market position and built an exceptional reputation with customers, the business is now entering its next phase of growth and is looking for an operationally focused individual who can help scale retail operations across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of supply chain, customer operations, forecasting and commercial execution. You'll play a key role in ensuring products reach customers efficiently whilst supporting continued retail expansion.
The Opportunity
As Retail Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence across the order-to-cash process, forecasting, inventory management, retail execution and customer service. Working closely with commercial, supply chain and external partners, you'll help ensure products are delivered on time, inventory is effectively managed and operational processes continue to scale as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the order-to-cash process from sales order through to delivery and invoicing
- Work closely with logistics and fulfilment partners to ensure excellent customer service and inventory control
- Support demand planning and forecasting activities across key retail customers
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate supply plans to maximise product availability
- Lead monthly forecasting and operational planning processes
- Produce reporting and insights to support commercial decision making
- Support the execution of retail launches, displays and promotional activity
- Build strong relationships with retail customers and operational partners
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and scalability
About You
We're looking for an organised, commercially minded operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll likely bring experience from a retail, FMCG, consumer goods, e-commerce or supply chain environment and be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
