The Role:

This role plays a pivotal role in shaping long-term strategic relationships across a broad portfolio of dealer partners and automotive brands. It is a blend of relationship management, commercial strategy, and data-driven consultation.

You will deeply understand the performance, behaviours and market context of each brand within your remit. Using insight, analysis and ongoing dialogue, you will identify opportunities to elevate partner performance on the platform and drive revenue growth.

A key part of the role is designing and delivering a best-in-class onboarding and early-lifecycle experience, ensuring new partners achieve rapid adoption and engagement. You’ll take full ownership of your portfolio’s health, establishing clear strategic plans and executing against them with pace, precision and accountability.

The Person:

The ideal profile blends commercial acumen with relationship-building finesse. You will likely bring experience managing a revenue-generating client portfolio, ideally within a marketplace, digital media, automotive or similar environment and have a track record of upselling, driving adoption and delivering tangible outcomes.

You will also be:

  • An exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly and maintains strong external relationships.
  • Comfortable with data, able to translate insights into compelling narratives and practical recommendations.
  • Consultative in style, able to diagnose partner challenges and propose solutions that unlock growth.
  • Highly organised, able to manage a large, varied portfolio while prioritising for maximum commercial impact.
  • Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • A self-starter, motivated by ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
