Top employer in Consumer Products sector is hiring for a Senior National Account Manager in their fantastic sales team. This is a brand portfolio that is loved and adored by consumers and customers. They have a brilliant team that have fantastic ideas bringing to life their brands and products across the globe! They have put the foundations in place with superb brand building which has created several market leading brands and now is the time to hire a customer focused superstar as they continue to drive market share. These guys are category leaders, the products are some of the best on the market and the NPD pipeline is incredible. The time has come for the business to upskill and add firepower to their resources and this role has significant scope to progress and grow over the next 5 years in a truly resource heavy business with many examples of personal growth and promotions.
The Role
This National Accounts role reporting to the UK Sales Director covering key customers across Toy Specialists or Grocery accounts. There is a distinct possibility that, as the structure of the business matures this will become a significantly more senior role in the next 2-3 years. You have full control of budgeting and will be working closely with the Marketing and Ecommerce teams to maximise the accounts growth potential. This is about being able to do the doing, as well as being the commercial strategic lead with your customer. You will also have 1 or 2 reports in the role of highly capable and coachable people who are driven and excited about a new leader joining. This is a business that captures the imaginations of their consumers, so passion for brands and product is key. The team is fantastic, you will join a passionate and driven bunch who love what they do. This is one of those rare opportunities to walk into a high performing business to continue the fantastic work done and implement your style.

You need to have a structured big, branded background in National Accounts across top 4 or high street customers. We need people who have a passion for brands and are keen on working in a trend led category. Culture fit is important with this one, this is a South-East based business who thrive on teamwork and being visible in order to learn and progress. You need to want to work with truly inspiring people who pride themselves on excelling with 4ps customer modelling and perfect store. You need to be a strategic customer manager who underpins commercial skill with strong data led rationale.
