The Company:

We are delighted to partner with one of the most exciting food business in the industry. This is no normal start up with Founders who have seen it all and done this before. There are simply outstanding plans in place to continue investment into the team across sales, marketing & production, investment has already been allocated for a new factory move & retail has taken notice with no less than 3 national listings launched across the big 4.

Due to the significant growth in retail we need firepower to deliver the strategy, run customers and drive growth in multiple channels!

The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager to drive growth across multiple channels while running the current customer set in grocery for this fast paced start up business doing better for the world!

Role responsibilities include:

  • Full responsibility for customer Grocery retail and multi channel approach.
  • Close cross functional work with Commercial, Finance, Ops & Marketing Teams.
  • Weekly data analysis of sales performance and inventory tracking, summarising the opportunities and risks.
  • Ability to navigate data insight platforms to create actionable insights.
  • Identify patterns and trends that relate to a particular situation and use that knowledge to come up with creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with account managers to drive sales through promotional activity
  • Ability and desire to become a Head of – this will provide that opportunity for you in spades!

Your Background:

We want someone who has a passion for Food, making a change and working within a fast paced environment and is capable of dipping into different retail channels. We don\’t want mavericks but we do want strong team players who are passionate for health and wellness.

What we need:

  • FMCG experience at least 2/3 years in Grocery retail channel management
  • Ideally someone who has worked within the Food & Drink category.
  • A passion for commercials and delivering against them.
  • We need someone who is flexible and willing to go above and beyond to deliver on the mission!
  • Bundles of energy and creativity
  • Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally to entice people to get on board and come on the journey these guys are a social bunch so bring your A game.
