The time has come for the business to upskill and add firepower to their resources, with this role playing a pivotal part in the Ops Team for years to come! /p p br /p p strong Position Overview: /strong /p p We are seeking a dynamic Operations Executive to join this fantastic team and help drive their operational excellence as they continue to grow. /p p br /p p You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company reporting to the wonderful Senior Operations Manager, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently underpinning growth. /p p br /p p This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and project management skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment! The ideal candidate will have experience in operations and/or logistics, a keen understanding of the food or consumer products industry, and a passion for promoting healthy living. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities: /strong /p p br /p p strong Operational Management: /strong /p ul li Oversee the daily operations of the company, including inventory management, logistics, and distribution. /li li Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. /li li Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met. /li /ul p br /p p strong Supply Chain: /strong /p ul li Raise purchase orders and check on lead times with suppliers/ freight partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality raw materials. /li li Optimise supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve reliability. /li li Update inventory report and circulate company wide. /li li Book deliveries into our warehouses, /li li Physical requirements to collect and move stock between locations/offices to events with the team /li /ul p br /p p strong Quality Assurance: /strong /p ul li Ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with industry regulations. /li li Implement and oversee quality control processes throughout the production cycle. /li li Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement. /li /ul p br /p p strong Process Improvement: /strong /p ul li Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. /li li Implement methodologies to streamline operations. /li li Develop and manage projects aimed at operational enhancements. /li /ul p br /p p strong Customer Service: /strong /p ul li Manage DTC and trade customer enquiries across 2 inboxes to ensure customer satisfaction and address any operational issues that may arise. /li li Analyse customer feedback to inform operational decisions and improvements. /li li Help with packing and dispatching orders to customers and retailers /li /ul p br /p p strong Compliance and Safety: /strong /p ul li Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. /li li Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and legal requirements. /li li Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. /li /ul p br /p p strong Qualifications: /strong /p ul li Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. /li li 1-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the food or FMCG industry. /li li Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics. /li li Excellent organisation and time management skills. /li li Proficiency in using operations management software and tools including Shopify. /li li Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. /li li Strong communication and interpersonal skills. /li li Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. /li li Knowledge of Xero, Shopify, Gorgias, warehouse management software /li /ul p br /p p strong Want to know more?
