The Business: This top employer in the Premium Consumer Products sector is hiring for a National Account Manager in their fantastic sales team. This is a business that has posted significant growth in the last 8 years with multi-million-pound growth across all channels c.18% YOY uplifts. The brand's portfolio is vast, and they boast global presence, recently embarking on a Digital Transformation project, they are now upskilling & accelerating bolstered by fantastic, marquee NPD launches.

This is a brand portfolio that is loved and adored by consumers and customers. They have a brilliant team that have fantastic ideas bringing to life their brands and products across the globe! They have put the foundations in place with superb brand building which has created several market leading brands and now is the time to hire a customer focused superstar as they continue to drive market share in a new retail channel which has grown from £0-£5million in less than a year!

These guys are category leaders, the products are some of the best on the market and the NPD pipeline is incredible. The time has come for the business to upskill and add firepower to their resources and this role has significant scope to progress and grow over the next 5 years in a truly resource heavy business with many examples of personal growth and promotions.

The Role: This National Accounts role reporting to the Channel Lead covers one of their most prestigious & new National accounts. There is a distinct possibility that, as the structure of the business matures this will become a significantly more senior role in the next 2-3 years.

You have full control of budgeting and will be working closely with the Marketing & Ecommerce teams to maximise the account's growth potential. This is about being able to do the doing, as well as being the commercial strategic lead with your customer while maintaining both internal and external Buying relationships.

What We Need: You need to have structured training & a branded product background in National Accounts across retail customers. You can be a graduate with experience managing a small p&l on a customer ready for a step up or a NAM in a business already who wants a change of pace to a premium global business.
