Junior National Account Manager – Globally recognised CPG brands
This is a Junior National Account Manager opportunity with a fantastic multi branded FMCG business with rapid progression to NAM level within 12 months.

The Role
We are looking for commercially driven Consumer Sales Account Executives or Account Managers to manage a hugely successful portfolio on one of their top customers. You could also be in a high performing Retail Buying, Category Management or Trade Marketing role and want to move into National Accounts. This role involves working with major brands and retailers and contributing to strategic planning and execution.
- Full strategic responsibility for customer
- Full management of P&L
- Close cross-functional work with Category and Cust Marketing Teams
- Team responsibility outside of the day role; e.g., mental health councils, WFH support and coaching/mentoring
About You
You should have a strong background in a large branded consumer business and experience with a customer rotation. FMCG experience with branded products is preferred.
- Experience in a sales, retail buying or customer-facing marketing role
- FMCG big business or large branded training background
- Experience presenting to customers
- Energy, creativity and strong relationship skills (internally and externally)
