The Role

This is an all-encompassing strategic Grocery commercial account role in this dynamic and world leading business. With responsibility for full P&L c.£40million, JBP responsibility and plenty of scope over the coming 12-18 months to grow the category you are responsible for, in line with the EMEA channel strategy.

You will report directly to the Channel Sales Lead for UK & Ire who is one of the best mentors in this business. Being a top tier customer you will work closely with the marketing, NPD & operations functions to develop best in class category growth decisions & channel strategy.

About You

To be successful we need a passionate team player who exudes positivity and is driven to achieve. This is a business focused on strong values and sustained growth so the focus on doing the right thing is a must. You will already have a strong background in large, branded consumer business and have experienced multiple rotations on top 4 grocery customers.

Big branded FMCG business experience is essential here due to the nature of the category insight 4Ps customer modelling customer strategy. If you have strong analytical, commercial or MS&P skills this will be hugely beneficial for this as you will be tasked with managing multiple complex but exciting NPD launches and a strong growth agenda.
