Help build one of the UK's most exciting challenger brands.

Some people maintain market share.

Others create it.

We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger consumer brands that's completely reinventing an industry dominated by global giants.

In just a few years they've disrupted a stagnant category, served millions of customers and are now accelerating their retail expansion across the UK's biggest grocery and specialist customers.

This isn't a business where you'll inherit a comfortable account plan.

This is where you'll help shape the future of a category.

The Opportunity

As Senior National Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of major grocery customers and become a key part of the commercial leadership team responsible for delivering the next phase of retail growth.

You'll build genuine partnerships with customers, identify new commercial opportunities and work cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure brilliant execution every single day.

This is a business where ideas move quickly.

Where you'll have a voice.

Where you'll influence strategy rather than simply deliver it.

If you enjoy building, challenging and winning, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for

  • Owning strategic relationships with major UK grocery customers.
  • Developing and delivering ambitious Joint Business Plans.
  • Driving profitable growth through distribution, pricing, promotional planning and category development.
  • Identifying opportunities to accelerate sales and outperform the competition.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to execute flawlessly.
  • Delivering best-in-class commercial fundamentals whilst always looking for the next opportunity.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to your customers and an influential voice within the business.
  • Who We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who simply manages accounts.

We're looking for someone who wants to build something.

You'll probably bring experience from

  • FMCG
  • Food & Drink
  • Consumer Goods

You'll already have experience managing national grocery customers and be comfortable owning commercial negotiations, delivering JBPs and working collaboratively across multiple business functions.

Most importantly, you'll be commercially curious, naturally proactive and thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly.

You'll Love This Role If...

You enjoy building brands rather than maintaining them.

You naturally spot commercial opportunities.

You like working in ambitious, entrepreneurial businesses.

You back yourself.

You thrive when things move quickly.

You want genuine influence rather than layers of hierarchy.

Why Join?

You'll be joining a business that's genuinely changing its category and has ambitious plans for the next phase of growth.

The culture is built around curiosity, agility, teamwork and continuous improvement, with significant investment in personal development and employee wellbeing.

Benefits include private healthcare, EMI share options, generous learning budgets, wellness support, enhanced leave, sabbaticals and flexible hybrid working.

If you're looking for another account management role, this probably isn't for you.

If you're looking to help build one of the UK's most exciting challenger consumer brands, we'd love to hear from you.
