This is a business that has exploded onto the scene with massive growth plans in grocery retail, a Founder led team that is second to none and a culture up there with the best the industry has to offer.

This is a brand that is as disruptive as they come and are doing so for the betterment of society and the food we eat. They have a brilliant team that have fantastic ideas putting the foundations in place with superb brand building which has created a strong following in their consumers and customer set. Now is the time to hire a Marketing leader to maximise ROI and pull all the functions together as they continue to drive growth.

These guys are serious, the products are the best tasting on the market & the NPD pipeline is incredible. The time has come for the business to upskill and add firepower to their resources, with this role playing a pivotal part in the strategy for years to come and becoming part of the operating board in the following years. The role reports to the Founder and CEO covering the UK.

There is a distinct possibility that as the structure of the business matures this will become a CMO in the next 3-5 years after hitting business objectives. You will manage the Marketing Team with 4 direct reports. We require a commercial marketer to continue to grow this brand exponentially in the UK. You have full control of budgeting, partnerships and management of their creative partners to maximise ROI.

Activation is key in brand building so no ivory towers here. This is about being able to do the doing, as well as being the strategic lead and partner with retail on the continuation of the fab work the team have done. ABL budgets for a business of this size are limited but it is not without significant investment. This is a business driven by socials and intelligent ideas will be paramount for the first year as we gain distribution with retail partners.

We need a marketeer that has tasted SME highs and lows, the agility of the business means no day is the same and no idea is without its merits. They want to capture the imaginations & educate consumers.

  • You need to have a structured big business, branded background in retail marketing and brand management but with experience of taking a project from cradle to grave.
  • We need trend setters and health conscious people who understand the relationship with food and health and take pride in that yourself.
  • Culture fit is important with this one and this is a business that thrives on saving the world.
  • You need to want to work with truly inspiring people who are not afraid to go beyond to nail their sustainability charters.
