The Role:
This is a high-impact commercial leadership role with responsibility for growing, developing, and maximising the performance of a national dealer network. Leading a team of Relationship Managers, you'll drive engagement, expand the customer base, and accelerate adoption of future-focused vehicle stock — with a strong emphasis on electric vehicles. Your leadership will directly shape the success of the organisation’s remarketing strategy, ensuring the dealer channel continues to scale efficiently and deliver strong commercial results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a scalable growth strategy to significantly expand the dealer network over the coming years.
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage a high-performing team focused on dealer engagement and commercial outcomes.
- Take ownership of national client engagement, including face-to-face relationship management and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve onboarding, reduce friction in the sales funnel, and drive adoption of strategic product lines.

Your Background:
You are a commercially-driven sales leader with experience in the UK automotive sector — ideally with deep exposure to remarketing, dealer networks or fleet operations. You’ll bring:
- A strong background in managing high-performance B2B sales or customer development teams.
- Proven experience designing and executing scalable customer growth strategies in a commercial setting.
- A confident approach to client engagement, negotiation, and relationship management across multi-site dealer or OEM networks.
